Eric Arthur, CPL

Eric Arthur co-founded Fulcrum Insurance Programs in Bellevue, Washington in 2008, building it into a recognized specialty program administrator focused on high-limits umbrella liability purchasing groups. Alongside Fulcrum, he co-founded the Association of Green Property Owners and Managers (AGPOM) in 2009 — a membership organization that combined property industry advocacy with a tailored insurance program, serving as a sister organization to Fulcrum and a direct precursor to the purchasing group model the Alliance employs today. Following Fulcrum's acquisition by Distinguished Programs in 2015, he served as Senior Vice President of Product Development, overseeing more than $100 million in aggregate premium across multiple specialty programs. He holds a BBA in Finance and Insurance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and the Certified Programs Leader (CPL) designation from the Target Markets Program Administrators Association.

Chris Randall, CPL

Chris Randall co-founded National Specialty Underwriters (NSU) in Bellevue, Washington in 1995, where he built and managed a leading national program for hotels and resorts — establishing NSU as one of the most recognized specialty program administrators in the hospitality segment. Following NSU's evolution into separate specialty divisions, he rebranded the healthcare division as Ultra Risk Advisors in 2012, building it into a national wholesale brokerage serving high-risk specialty niches. In 2020, DOXA Insurance Holdings acquired Ultra Risk Advisors, with Chris assuming the role of Chief Underwriting Officer. His career spans the full arc of specialty program development — co-founding, building, distributing, and selling niche MGAs — experience directly relevant to the Alliance's program structure and long-term development.
Cristi Carrington
Chief Distribution Officer & Board Member, Brown & Riding Insurance Services
Cristi Carrington is a senior leader in the wholesale and specialty insurance market with nearly thirty years of experience. She began her career in underwriting at Scottsdale Insurance Company before transitioning to the brokerage side, joining Alexander Morford & Woo in 2003, which merged with Brown & Riding in 2010. Today she serves as Chief Distribution Officer and a member of Brown & Riding's Board of Directors. Active within the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA), she has served on its Board of Directors since 2021 and received the Earle Dillard Award for outstanding service. She has been named to Insurance Business America's Hot 100 and Global 100.
