Once your application is received, Rainshade Specialty LLC — the Alliance's program administrator — reviews your submission and determines your eligibility and available coverage options.
- Rainshade evaluates segment eligibility, risk classification, and fit within the program structure
- If your risk qualifies, Rainshade coordinates with participating carriers to determine available coverage terms and limits
- Your broker is kept informed throughout — they remain your primary point of contact at all times
About Rainshade Specialty LLC: Rainshade is the program administrator responsible for all aspects of Alliance operations — member onboarding, underwriting coordination, carrier relationships, compliance, and ongoing program management. Rainshade does not act as an insurer. Insurance coverage is provided by licensed carriers participating in the program.
